1. Be truthful and authorized
Use accurate names, relationships, beneficiaries, goals, images, dates, prize details, eligibility terms, and descriptions of how funds will be used. Do not fabricate urgency, results, endorsements, charitable status, ownership, identity, or authority to act for another person or organization.
2. Prohibited conduct
You may not use Fundpaign to:
- commit fraud, deception, theft, money laundering, or other illegal activity;
- publish misleading campaigns, impersonate others, or divert funds from the stated purpose;
- harass, threaten, exploit, discriminate against, dox, or incite harm against a person or group;
- upload malware, probe or bypass security, scrape abusively, disrupt service, steal credentials, or access data without authorization;
- copy or publish content, trademarks, images, or personal information without the necessary rights or permission;
- offer prohibited, unlawful, dangerous, counterfeit, stolen, regulated, or deceptively marketed goods or services;
- misuse cards, Stripe accounts, connected accounts, refunds, disputes, chargebacks, payouts, or transaction records;
- buy, manufacture, duplicate, transfer, suppress, or manipulate raffle entries outside supported rules;
- interfere with the eligible-entry snapshot, cryptographic drawing, permanent winner records, reveal order, audit history, or replacement workflow;
- evade review, suspension, geographic or age restrictions, payment controls, account limits, or prior enforcement.
3. Campaign and fulfillment standards
Organizers must provide material information supporters need to make an informed decision, use proceeds consistently with campaign representations, communicate meaningful changes, and fulfill advertised commitments and prizes. Campaigns must comply with the Terms and, for raffles, the Raffle Organizer Rules.
4. Review and enforcement
Fundpaign may investigate reports and may request information, limit features, delay publication, reject, restrict, suspend, unpublish, or remove content, campaigns, payment access, or accounts. Serious suspected abuse may be reported to Stripe, card networks, affected users, regulators, or law enforcement where appropriate or legally required. Fundpaign may preserve relevant payment, raffle, security, moderation, and audit records.
Enforcement decisions may consider severity, risk, history, cooperation, applicable law, and provider requirements. Platform review does not certify that a campaign is lawful or accurate.
5. Reporting concerns
Report suspected abuse to support@fundpaign.com. Include the campaign link and a concise description. Do not email passwords, payment-card data, Stripe credentials, or unnecessary sensitive personal information.
